Thermal spray applications in the national economy
The company has a leading HVOF HVOF, plasma, supersonic arc spraying technology three kinds of spray coating,
1. plasma spray process: spraying high-performance ceramic coating, powder coating materials, including aluminum, chromium oxide, titanium, zirconium, molybdenum carbide.
2. supersonic gas (HVOF) spray processing: coating cemented carbide, cermet coating, the powder coating material comprises tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, nickel-chromium, nickel-chromium various functional coating alloy.
3. speeding arc spraying process: Spray wire stainless steel, zinc, aluminum, copper and lead molybdenum, nickel-base babbitt, chromium group.
